Looks like this time Steven Meisel has really succeeded in his job iby introducing us the “My Dior” jewelry collection for 2012. Featuring gorgeous model Raquel Zimmermann, the My Dior Jewelry 2012 Campaign shows a set of amazing photos in absolutely to-die-for jewelry.
With the right touch of makeup and perfect jewelry, the campaign turned out to be stunning. The collection is mostly in gold with stones, or diamonds as an ornamental. Inspired by Dior’s classic archives Victoire de Castellane presents us a large range of beautiful, feminine and chic bracelets and rings- my most favorite one is the “My Dior ring in pink gold”- it’s sooo stunning, it’s already in my list of must-haves!
As the designer recalled, this collection is inspired by her trips with her mother to the Dior boutique as a little girl, and now she’s reviving the spirit of the House of Dior, bringing back the elegance and femininity.
I must add that Zimmermann has done a great job; the lookbook is absolutely mesmerizing.
