Finally the pink day for David and Victoria Beckham has arrived, as Victoria gave birth to a baby girl this Sunday morning at 7:55 a.m at Cedar-Sinai in Los Angeles. The couple, who has three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, was eager to have a baby girl even before Victoria announced she was pregnant. Apparently their prayers were heard and the fourth child of the family is little Harper Seven Beckham now.
David Beckham announced about this exciting and wonderful news via his Facebook account, where he wrote: “I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister xx”.
As Victoria Beckham in an interview stated their house had already too much testosterone and finally Harper Seven Beckham came and broke this testosterone filled atmosphere. Once Victoria learnt about her pregnancy, the couple was sure to welcome another baby boy and when they went for a scan and the doctor said: “Oh, it’s a boy,” Victoria’s reaction, according to David, was: “Ugh. Another penis in the house.” However, things took an unexpected turn and during the second scan the doctor said: “Oh, we think it’s a girl.”
Harper Seven Beckham was born by elected Caesarean and everything went as planned. Ever since it was announced about their daughter’s birth, the couple has received lots of congratulation messages. David Beckham’s sister Joanne tweeted: “Big congrats to my sister in law @victoriabeckham and my big bro on the birth of my beautiful niece 🙂 can’t wait 2 see u all xx.”
Mel B, who is also pregnant, wrote via Twitter: “Congrats!!! Yipeee another spice baby is born, damn it wish it was me this AM cos I feel like I’m about to POP!”
Victoria Beckham seemed to be not so keen to show off her baby bump during her pregnancy and she turned to fashion tricks to conceal this. She kept on wearing stylish maternity dresses, which made her bump barely visible. On the other hand, David Beckham wanted to show everyone how beautiful her pregnant wife is and posted a picture of pregnant Victoria Beckham on his Facebook account.
