Tiffany & Co. ‘True Love In Pictures’ Campaign

The Valentine’s Day is approaching and love is already in the air. But, wait a minute! What does love generally mean? Are you a hopeless romantic and crazy in love? How do you express your love then? When it comes to this heavenly feeling, there are endless questions and numerous definitions interpreted by different people in a different way. However, starting January 25 everyone will have the chance of expressing it and sharing their moments of true love in a unique way through the new Tiffany & Co. ‘True Love In Pictures’ campaign. You can visit the renowned jeweler’s whatmakeslovetrue.com website and show what love means to you by uploading your own photos, telling your special story or sending a love note.

Famous street-style photographer Scott Schuman and his girlfriend, blogger Garance Doré, have been taking photos of different couples in New York City and Paris and posting them on the website.
“I love this project Scott and I did for Tiffany. Mostly because I love working with Scott, but also because it’s just so romantic: the idea was to photograph couples during moments that evoked the love of Tiffany,” Doré wrote on her blog.
‘What Makes Love True’ is divided into four sections. The first one is ‘Love Stories’, where couples reveal how their romance started. The second section is ‘Tiffany’s New York’, which offers great places to visit in this beautiful city. ‘The Art of Romance’ section represents films and music for the heart, as well as useful tips to love by. Finally, in ‘Love is Everywhere’ section you have the chance to upload your own photos, share your story and send a note.

So what do you actually feel, when you are in love? This exceptional campaign reveals the practical part of love, rather than the theoretical one, through romantic videos, pics, notes and stories. “It was true love when you read to me for the first time.” “You’re my true love because no one knows me better than you do.” “You’re my true love because we can blissfully walk for miles, never having to speak a word to one another.” It’s all about those little special moments we do for our beloved ones. It’s all about true love expression.
“It was fun thinking about the small, tender gestures that a couple offers to each other – which are really the fuel that keeps a relationship special. I love that Garance makes my oatmeal for me in the morning while I run out to get our coffee. They’re both just simple small acts but they make life happy,” Schuman shared on The Sartorialist.
You’ll be able to submit your photos via the website or through your mobile phone using the dedicated hashtag #truelovepictures on Instagram. So it’s your time to be and feel romantic. Enter the interactive photo-blog and express what you really feel!
