One of our favorite designers, Sophie Theallet, has prepared a stunning new collection of handbags, footwear and jewelry in collaboration with the worldwide famous brand Nine West, echoing the sweet candy color palette and the bohemian French breath. The Sophie Theallet for Nine West Accessories are imaged on the theme of “Sophie from Paris Takes a Trip to NYC”. The line of platform sandals, ballerina flats, matchy handbags, necklaces and bracelets will all allure flirty fashionizers with their eye-popping Parisian cultural elements, such as the Eiffel Tower and other small sweet details.
The entire collection contains both French and American vibe, which harmoniously blend with each other and create a new adorable style. According to StylList, Sophie Theallet stated: “It’s totally mixed with a New York feeling – it’s of two worlds. It was fast, but that’s what fashion is about.” The creations took the designer about six months to get the final image. You’ll find lots of stripes both when it comes to footwear and bags. The famous French designer claimed to Fashionista: “If you’re French, stripes are very familiar. But I chose to make it in grosgrain–the chicest way!” No doubt, she really succeeded carrying her intention out, which is vividly seen in the chic, extremely feminine and sophisticated fashion pieces.
This new fascinating collection will be launched in May 2011 at the Nine West stores and at the Nine West Facebook Fan Shop. If you really want to adopt a fabulous raffia bag or charming bracelets, necklaces and shoes, this is not far too impossible, as the entire collection comes in rather affordable prices. Flats cost $79, heels – round $109, satchels – $68-98, and jewelry starts at $36.
