Milan Fashion Week is a week of different popular fashion shows held in Milan, Italy. It is organized twice a year to present the upcoming spring-summer and fall-winter collections of world famous fashion designers.
In September (22-28) 2010 Milan Fashion Week presented the new spring-summer collections of such top fashion designers, as Donatella Versace, John Richmond, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Luciano Soprani and many others. Milan was again home to celebrity fashion, media and honorable guests. The fashion breath was again in the air in Milan.
Donatella Versace presented to the public a unique, bold, sexy, colorful, vibrant style of clothes and accessories, which is so peculiar to her style. The main stress was laid on contrasting. She focused on the plain white, fitting it perfectly with sharp, bright and bold colors, like red, black, yellow and turquoise, presented in stripes. The concentration was on complex graphic designs; cutouts covered with plexiglass, angular jackets, and irregularly shaped long light dresses.
According to Donatella, this year women pants will not dominate, giving their place to casual dresses, elegant skirts of 3/4 length, evening cocktail dresses ending slightly a little bit higher than the mid-thigh, which emphasizes women’s elegance, femininity, etherealness, sexiness and mysteriousness. The tops presented by Versace end just below the rib cage, which is controversial, but rather interesting and acceptable. Surely the important fashion accessories to this glamorous and gorgeous clothing are high heel shoes and multi-strapped shoes without any sole.
No woman can resist her wish to have one of the beautiful, glamorous, colorful dresses designed by Donatella in her wardrobe, which will bring some freshness and fun into it. Donatella Versace really knows how to always capture Milan Fashion Week show, thanks to the boldness and brightness of her designed clothing.
