Although it’s the fairly noticeable casual vibe of the collection that instantly grasps the attention from the first sights, it’s not the exact source of inspiration for the amazing Kenzo spring/summer 2012 fashion line. “We went to upstate New York a lot, so we really were inspired by this idea of wearing work wear,” designers Humberto Leon and Carol Lim declared for WWD. As the collection hints, flared pants, airy skirts or slightly boxy jackets have a great perspective to become must haves for the warm months of 2012.

Well, just think red and green combos, multiple shades of blue, yellow, orange, beige, khaki and light grey, and you’ll certainly look ultimately fashion-forward in the new season. As far as accessories go, the Kenzo girl opts for geometric shaped handbags, retro sunglasses, and colorful and fairly comfortable shoes and hats.
