The Royal Wedding was a great sensation and it hooked everyone’s attention for sure. There could hardly be anyone not interested in all the details of the wedding, such as Kate’s wedding gown designer, her makeup and hairstyle, the honeymoon destination of the Royal Couple and now they want to find out what perfume Kate used on that glorious day. On her wedding Kate smelled just fantastic, veiled in a sophisticated floral scent from a little known British perfume brand. If you want to check Kate’s taste in perfumes and get a “Royal” fragrance, find out the details below!
The DailyMail reported that Catherine, The Duchess of Cambridge, used a perfume, called White Gardenia Petals by Illuminum on the big day. Illuminum gives the characteristics of the perfume as follows: “As fragrant as a vase of white flowers, quivering in the breeze by an open window, this is a delicate and refined perfume. The top notes of Lilly evoked a tropic seaside location, whilst the heart notes of White Gardenia, Muguet and Jasmine Breeze bring a trio if white flowers into play. Amber Wood underscores this light and capricious bouquet.”
Illuminum is quite a new brand, created by a famous celebrity hair stylist Michael Boardi in 2007. However, it doesn’t appear to be too famous among celebrities. The fragrance packaging is very simple, yet elegant. The perfume is captured in a cubic glass bottle and a boxed shaped metallic cap.
If you want to get this scent, you’ll have to pay about £70 for a 50ml bottle. This is definitely going to be a bestseller due to Kate, who wore the fragrance on her wedding.
