The world got shocked, when everyone’s favorite Justin Bieber was slammed with a paternity test by 20-year-old Mariah Yeater, who claims she and Justin had sex in 2010, which resulted into a baby son, Tristyn, who is now four months old. Apparently, this news come to be false, as Mariah has sent some incriminating texts to a friend that tell a totally different story. As the text messages reveal, Justin’s alleged son is said to be someone else’s baby. Find out more details next!
After Justin was claimed to have a baby-son by Mariah Yeater, the 17-year-old singer has stated on a number of occasions that this news is just a fabrication. According to TMZ, Mariah has sent a couple of text messages to her friend, asking her to delete all the messages sent by her mom, where she states that her son’s father is Robbie, Mariah’s ex-boyfriend. At the end, the texts were signed Mariah Laci, Laci being Ms. Yeater’s middle name, and they reveal the entire true story. The incriminating texts say: “ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom where she says Tristyn is Robbies Son. Ill kick u when we get paid. Im trusting you pleeease”
Moreover, as TMZ reveals, there were also other incriminating texts leaked over the summer by Mariah Yeater, in which she has a small conversation with her friend. One of the texts state that: “..would you please stress Robbie how important it is for him to be in his son’s life?…”
Obviously, the text messages have been shown to Justin Bieber’s lawyer Howard Weitzman, and as he told TMZ, the story is really a fabricated one. “This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story. Our independent investigation indicates Ms. Yeater never meet Justin, she has consistently identified another man as the child’s father, and Ms. Yeater and her co-conspirators hatched this scheme in order to extort money from him and to sell her story to the media.”
Apparently, Ms. Yeater dropped her paternity lawsuit last week and her lawyers have withdrawn the case. This happened immediately after Justin Bieber agreed to take the DNA test and threatened to sue Yeater and her lawyers for the false story. However, the young mother’s new and current lawyer Jeffrey Levine still supports her, as he believes in her story.
According to TMZ, the suit was dropped to open the door for a private settlement. Yet, Bieber’s lawyers are firm, as Howard Weitzman states: “There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be.”
