Passionate, unique, confident and joyful are the words to describe every single design coming from the legendary jewelry house, Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. And now the world-famous label has chosen Danish supermodel Helena Christensen as its new international brand ambassador, who will feature in the new Lotus collection, as well as in the brand’s worldwide campaigns. Moreover, Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen has finally released the photos of the campaign starring gorgeous Christensen, lensed by famous photographer Marc Høm. Take a look!
Christensen has come to follow the footsteps of a long list of famous women, who represented the brand previously. Among them are Aqua lead singer Lene Nystrom and Hollywood actress Connie Nielsen.
“We feel Helena matches our ideas and design philosophy. She is a mature woman with power and style. Her personal style embodies the theme of our new collections – bohemian with a splash of luxury, kept casual with an eye for quality, design and detail,” Ole Lynggaard’s head designer Charlotte Lynggaard said.
Moreover, Lynggaard added that, “Her stunning eyes and caramel skin set the perfect tone for the new collections which are deeply rooted in colours and contrasts. The jewellery comes alive on her skin Most of all, Helena has fallen head-over-heels for our vibrant Lotus collection, especially the combinations in amber, rutile and moonstone.”
The new Lotus collection of Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen includes an exquisite plethora of rings with beautiful precious stones, earrings in gold with diamonds and Swiss blue topaz, lotus pendants in gold with dark moonstone, and bracelets with a gorgeous bohemian twist.
“My idea and design objective was around bold colours and contrast to the dark – this has been the starting point of the gypsy style Lotus ring collection. My dream was to create a ring collection in a luxury Boheme universe, where they can be worn alone or combined with several rings, necklaces or pendants,” Charlotte Lynggaard explained.
Agree that Christensen looks splendid in all the photos!
