The famous fashion label has brought out the best from the marvelous Fendi Fall/Winter 2011/2012 collection and organized a fantastic photoshoot, which can be considered the best ever thanks to its unique mood and style. Picturing the ideal fashionable family united by the love of gorgeous Fendi creations, supermodel Anja Rubik, alongside with Baptiste Giabiconi and two kids, once again manages to satisfy the creative director’s expectations thanks to her great modeling skills.
It’s already the third successive season for Anja Rubik to be the face of the Italian fashion house and to pose for their fall/winter advertising campaign, this time looking highly sensual and elegant with a brunette wig, playing as the wife of Baptiste Giabiconi, the caring mother of three adorable children and a perfect muse for Brad Kroenig, who tries to incarcerate the beauty of the diva on the canvas. She poses in furs, tweed, bags, accessories, knits in a studio setting, taken skillfully by the famous fashion designer and photographer Karl Lagerfeld. No wonder, she looks like a real goddess and brings her unique personality into the photo shoot. Her new abstract image fascinates everyone and opens a new world of reality in front of us.
The Fendi Fall/Winter 2011/2012 collection is described through a soft color scheme, quite similar to the Fendi Fall/Winter 2010/2011 ad campaign. The collection is greatly influenced by the style of ’60s with a modern twist. It brings a great color and fabric contrasts, feminine silhouettes and lots of fur. Tweed, shetland, dévoré, double cashmere, leather and satin are the main materials used, while the natural shades of colors with vivid accents, like orange, green, azure, yellow along with silver and gold give a birth to a cheerful play, creating a well-constructed casualness. The shapes of coats and dresses are very elegant and feminine, like the egg-shaped items with vividly colored inserts. A great place is given to accessories, which are small flat handbags, doctor bags with top handles, footwear with patent inserts and of contrasting colors, leather bangles, bracelets with stone charms, multicolored wool stockings and tights.
