One of the most fabulous top fashion designers Donna Karan has presented her new Spring/Summer 2011 collection to audience in New York Fashion Week. Donna Karan – one of the most famous fashion designers, really knows how to emphasize true femininity, creating clothes which indicate a modern woman without losing her seductiveness and charm.
This time solid white, beige, ivory, khaki, olive, oatmeal and terracotta — neutral tones with wonderful undertones are the dominant colors in Donna Karan’s new collection. The designer focused on simple, loose, long and light dresses, which are at the same time very gentle and gorgeous. Karan’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection consists of flowing dresses, long versatile skirts along and weathered off-the-shoulder jackets, cropped pants (resembling street fashion) and ladylike skirts. She added a silk scarf to it all, and the fantastic look is ready.
Her shoe collection for the upcoming season also deserves a great attention. Her new shoe collection expresses simplicity, sexiness and modernism. For spring 2011 Donna Karan presented flats, which are a must in every woman’s shoe collection, as they are both stylish and very comfortable when wearing casual dresses. DKNY flats have quite an interesting design, emphasizing their importance and a great style.
Surely high heel shoes by the designer are of a special attention. Chunky heeled platform sandals featuring a wooden or raffia design, which gives some vintage style to the shoes, are definitely hot for Spring/Summer 2011. The multiple narrow straps seem to enhance the femininity of the designer, and the mild colors of ivory, brown, gold and beige define her simplicity.
Donna Karan again surprised the public with her new stylish shoes, fashion accessories together with the fabulous clothing, worth admiration.
