The famous British luxury brand Burberry has launched the first part of its advertising campaign presenting a fresh collection for spring/summer 2011. The creative director of the brand, Christopher Bailey, has chosen an evolving ad campaign as his marketing strategy, which means that Burberry will show its wonderful collection and designs to the public by more and more photos, changing each month, presented only by British models. These photos will present the gorgeous designs of Burbery Prorsum, Burberry London, Burberry Brit and Burberry accessories.
The first series of photos were shot by the famous photographer Mario Testino, who also shot the photos of Versace 2011 ad campaign. Cara Delevingne and Jacob Young were the ones to feature in the first ad campaign of Burberry, shot on the Brighton beach.
Burberry’s spring/summer 2011 collection consists of classy and stylish clothing in a versatile manner, containing features peculiar to the classic British style. The main colors used in the collection were of nude, neutral shades, perfectly balanced with the vibrant ones, creating strong focal points. It’s quite vivid that Burberry appealed its new and stunning collection especially to younger consumers.
One of the most important parts of a gorgeous outfit is the fashion accessories. Burberry presented belts and ladies handbags of bold and vivid colors, which come to replace the black and gloomy ones, hooking everyone’s attention with their brightness and creating a daring style for spring/summer 2011.
Burberry will still present five different ad campaigns, showing its great creations of the latest fashion trends.
