Congratulations to Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z, as they have already become parents! Yes, the baby miracle was born! On Saturday, January 7, 2012, the beautiful diva gave birth to a beautiful girl. Ivy Blue Carter was born via C-section in New York City. We say welcome to this huge world, little baby Blue!
Beyoncé proudly announced about her pregnancy at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards back in August, saying: “I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside of me.” Shortly after Beyoncé’s big news MTV tweeted: “OMG Beyoncé just made a huge announcement on the #vma carpet! #baby!!!!!”
Beyoncé’s and Jay-Z’s friends hurried up to congratulate the couple for the arrival of the baby. Music mogul Russell Simmons was the first one among them, who tweeted the new parents: “congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z.”
Rihanna in her turn expressed her warm welcome, tweeting: “Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih.”
The “Crazy in Love” duo got married in April, 2008, after dating for six years. Three years after that Beyoncé finally decided she was ready to become a mom. And her loving husband Jay-Z seemed to be extremely excited to become a father, as back in November he told E! News that he hoped to be the kind of father, whose children would talk to him about anything in the world. “Your child could come to you and have any type of conversation. I always hope for that kind of open relationship,” he said.
We are more than sure he’ll be the father he always wanted to, while Beyoncé will certainly be a caring and loving mom. Congratulations to the happy family!
