For this look, you’ll need a base coat, top coat and Essie’s new shades “Girly Grunge” and “Dressed to the Nineties” from the Fall 2017 collection.
Start by applying Essie’s First Base base coat. Next add brush strokes of “Girly Grunge” across the tips of your nails using a fine detail or striping brush. Repeat with strokes of “Dressed to the Nineties,” and then finish with a few more strokes of “Girly Grunge.” Finish and seal the nail art with Essie’s Gel Setter Top Coat and that’s it!
