First, clean and prep your nails with an Essie base coat. Next, apply two coats of Fall For NYC and let dry.
Then, on a cosmetic wedge, layer a stripe of Fall For NYC followed by one of Say It Ain’t Soho allowing them to slightly blend into one another for an ombre effect. Place the sponge stamp half way down from the cuticle and press lightly onto each nail.
