I too lived in Miami. And it’s not just that some Latinos hate others they perceive as different, but this hatred/disdain exists within communities from the same countries. Mariel Cubans hate recently-arrived Cubans, poorer Cubans, or darker Cubans. They don’t even live in the same neighborhoods. The whole thing is disgusting.
