Her big qualification was that she was the captain of her rowing team in college, or something like that. If you were looking at their current site her majors could have been renamed in the newer catalog years. Looking now there is a Public Management, Leadership and Policy Major in the school of public affairs there. There is also an Agribusiness major too. So she is probably just a dual major. I’m a registrar and that’s what it looks like to me anyways.

I always crack up at my university’s programs. For example, there are three majors: X, Y, and Z, where the name of Z is “X and Y”. The diploma for a double major in X and Y would like identical to a single major in Z.
