Naa Vrabel is an asshole like this. Not in a mean hearted or intentional way, he’s just a no nonsense guy. I personally know someone who played for him on the Titans. And this dude was always telling me that Vrabel is a hard ass like this. Countless of examples in the media of it too

Eh I wouldn’t make too many excuses for Vrabel, I think he’s an asshole and to be a head coach I guess you have to be but he’s an asshole I wouldn’t want a boss like him based on what I’ve seen. Well I have had bosses like him and I quit haha

Yeah but this is football not some office job lol. Maybe i dont want an asshole boss, but I’ll take an asshole coach though. Theyre more direct and tell you like it is. Too many coaches arent direct and just take players for rides rather than just tell them straight up what you want/expect from them.
