There are some fans who are indeed overreacting by saying that (for example) Barcola needs to be sold. That will not help anything. He is valuable, but has been lackluster for sure, just like the entire team. But to the ones who think everything is sunshine and rainbows and calls anyone with legitimate concerns “plastic” for not falling in line with the “they will click” BS. I never expected them to go back-to-back, that. I don’t blindly “expect” them to win every game or every trophy, because that’s how you get Man United. There are simple and fundamental issues that the team has not addressed. Their playstyle has reverted to something very passive (2024 PSG) and the players are either injured or overplayed. Some players have NOT HAD A BREAK SINCE THE START OF THE 23/34 season. People here aren’t pLasTiC because there are genuine issues.

Good game by Auxerre honestly. Much better than I expected from a team in their position. They got like 4 roulettes past us tonight. Dembele getting in did us a lot of good. Fantastic through balls all around. Beraldo and Zabarnyi did the most important : prevented Chevalier from having to face any shot on target and saved our night. I liked Mbaye overall effort, a bit sad not to see Hakimi play a single minute, but with the quality of Warren’s interim, it might not matter. The question is that we may need Warren in the midfield for our last CL league stage game.
