In that game, Malik Beasley hit a big time three to retake the lead and just shouted “BOOOOOOM” with his teammates echoing it as Kerr called timeout. Since the arena was empty, you could clearly hear it lol. Well, Steph and Dray didn’t like that, bc after that every three they hit you could hear them both shout “BOOOOOOM” directly at the Wolves. Dray been hitting that BOOOOOOOM off and on since, but especially this season bc he’s been letting it fly from three.

I am sure Charles Lee has a lot of talent as a coach, but it was egregiously negligent by him to not prepare for the superstar scorer duo of De’Anthony Melton and Draymond Green. Jokes aside, that was a great win. Winning by 20 against a team that gave OKC and the Lakers the business is very much a welcome sight, especially without our second option. Our guys are now on par in the win column with Houston and Los Angeles, things are certainly looking a lot brighter than they did a month ago.

We’re not great, but to be only 5.5 back from the 2 seed with our schedule to start the year, the mandatory rest for guys on back to backs, plus Kuminga giving us nothing is very encouraging. We aren’t a title contender obviously, but if we can get anyone that’s usable for Kuminga we’ll be a tough out in the playoffs.

There’s no one in the East that I’d take over the Warriors in 7 games. Need someone that can reliably win a playoff game for you with their scoring.
