Given the rhetoric I keep seeing from the fascists I don’t think it’s out of the realm of possibility that they try to kick off their whole day of the rope bullshit. I really hope local aid groups are working on getting those immigrant families in that neighborhood out to a safe location for the day. Ex-military here with a different way to look at this: the MN National Guard has NOT been federalized (yet). These guys have several key differences from ICE and CBP: they’re way better trained, way better disciplined, under the command of the MN governor (not Hegseth or Trump) and they’re actually MN citizens. These are good things! Many of them are probably just as upset as this sub about what’s going on. Be nice to them, they are not the enemy. Ignore the bots, stay focused on the real adversary.
