It’s pretty obvious from the videos leading up to the incident that ICE had no reason to even approach the observers in the first place. They were clearly out of the way just recording. So conservatives can’t even claim they were “obstructing” like they did with Renee Good. ICE attacked them for no fucking reason and violated their first amendment rights. Which is a *crime* that I hope they will someday be prosecuted for. Coincidentally, the law even allows for the death penalty as punishment when a citizen is killed while being deprived of their rights.
