I have no idea how any of the salary rules stuff works and I have even less of an idea of how we’re affording the couple of new signings we made, Rodman and Claudia Martinez from Paraguay. But yay!!

Martinez is a rising star but her salary’s probably not huge given she’s 18 (i think?). And the transfer fee rules state that the cap hit is 25% of net transfer fees above $605,000, so for her its ~86k which they can just use allocation money to pay off. Kang, Carter, and co are v smart about using all funding and spending to the cap, so I trust its similar for all their signings.
