I worked in a casino for a few years, really the only thing that’ll get you trespassed is refusing to leave after berating staff/guests around you, being plastered can definitely work against you here. If you wanna get in fistfights in the casino you’ll catch a more serious charge. Casinos may as well be an airport or bank in terms of “you probably wanna keep in line here” Who knows though, once in a while someone will break dress code and make a stink about it, or get too drunk and think it’s a great idea to waltz into random rooms/offices then get upset when they get asked to leave. Coke in the bathroom would do it too. But judging off the fact that it’s only trespassing, I’m going to imagine he was just being a dick then didn’t leave when told. Not a great look but let’s not act like being rude and refusing to leave a casino is the same as DUI. Sad we gotta cope like that though

Almost happened to me once. Lost on a slot machine and angrily tried to grab my coin cup and accidentally knocked it over causing a small scene. Security asked me to leave and I argued a bit saying I was fine just got a little excited in the moment. They said if I didn’t leave I’d get a trespassing charge, so I left. I was sober though, if I wasn’t I’d probably have argued more.
