The game runs on a 1660 from 2019, which is significantly worse than the 1080 ti (2017). If you can match or do better than a 1070, you’ll be fine.

I would like to play a demo, even just to feel the combat feedback and if it feels good to play, that’s a pretty important thing, in RE4R Leon is like a piece of wood and doesn’t move smoothly at all which hindered my experience a bit, still a great game but with undeniabale flaws (at least for me) so I’d like to see if Requiem fixes this

yeah we’ll know very quickly if this is a RE7/8 designed game with a third person mod, or if it feels more like a RE1/2/3 game with a first person mod. I hope it’s the latter. 7/8 maps are too linear and casual but 1/2/3 are very dense with backtracking. u can handle more busywork in third person. 8 on Village of Shadows the combat is so bad (tanky enemies) you’re encouraged to skip a lot of it, but RE4 on Professional u want to kill *everything*.

There definitely should be a demo. Capcom should give those with multiple platforms the chance to see how the game runs and feels on each one, so they can make a choice on which version to buy.

They said it months ago (like back when it was first revealed and the Grace/Stalker demo was being shown to the media). They said they were focusing on finishing the game. That being said, the game has to have gone gold by now, so they definitely have had time to work on a demo recently. I fully expect to see one revealed at the SoP today.
