It’s a pretty dope effort. Up double digits early, thought it might not be sustainable. It wasn’t and we lost the third. Honestly thought rockets could run away with it but thunder fought hard to get back and keep it close.

I agree completely. This team does not quit. They keep punching no matter if they’re rolling or if they’re struggling and it makes every game fun to watch because I know they’re always in it. Not many teams in the league can say that on a nightly basis. Especially with the amount of injuries they’ve dealt with so far.

The Rockets were also playing ATTROCIOUS defense. Once they stopped allowing rim runs on back cuts we bogged down. That’s what happens when your team doesn’t have a primary baller at the NBA level. Shai, believe it or not, is kinda good and makes our team A LOT better than the sum of the parts.

Spurs aren’t true contenders this year. They don’t have nearly enough 3PT shooting on the roster (they’re currently the 8th worst 3PT shooting team in the league — you’re not winning a Title being that bad from 3) and they have zero Playoff experience which matters. Only team OKC really had to worry about was Denver and they’re already falling apart with all the injuries.

For one I never attacked you character but made an assumption, because to think someone can just come in and learn this system like it’s nothing goes against what Mark and Presti have expressed that even when Gordon Haywood came how hard it took for him to learn the schemes.
