Let’s say there’s 10 finishes on every card which is basically impossible but for easy calculating we’ll go with it, x4 fight cards every month which doesn’t always happen either 250k x4 is a million So for maximum 12m ayear , really more like 8m there’s way more incentive for finishes that’s costs the ufc basically fuck all

Honestly, the win bonus system was so fucking stupid. It incentivized fighters to play it safe, to risk losing half their paycheque. If you arent going to increase fighter pay, get rid of win bonus’ and put half of it to guarenteed. And focus on this finish bonus system and performance system. Fighters shouldn’t have to try to budget with 50 percent of their possible pay.
