Follow this step-by-step tutorial to DIY the OPI “Sunrise at Skytree” nail art:
Step 1: Apply a base coat of Infinite Shine ProStay Primer
Step 2: Using a clean cosmetic sponge, paint “Chopstix and Stones” and “Samurai Breaks a Nail” on the end of the sponge, overlapping the colors, and then dab onto your nails. Repeat for more coverage.
Step 3: With a cotton swab and some Expert Touch Lacquer Remover, clean off excess paint from the edges around the nails.
