The intricately carved, head spinning mixture of colors on Roksanda Ilincic’s new collection reminds me of nature’s awakening. The collection is inspired by the 70’s woman allure with a touch of Amish style. However, we’re too far from spring and yet, it’s always safe to be ready beforehand. So, let’s see what’s going to be hot and heavy in spring 2013: representing you the Roksanda Ilincic Spring 2013 Collection. The Serbian-born fashion designer has created a party of vivid colors on different fabrics- mixing silk, wool and jersey with geometrical patterns.
As the designer commented on the 2013 collection, “I wanted an element of fun and the unexpected with those long dresses and big hats”. It’s her utmost passion and ability to make an evening dress more sporty, cool and casual at the same time preserving the elegance of the dress. Add it with an oversized clutch bag and your outfit for the day is ready.
I’ve absolutely fallen in love with these handbags that completely made a huge knock out on the catwalk- jewel-toned clouds shaped like enormous coin bags- very keeping up with the season’s tone.
The super long tailored trousers- the designer’s signature – are also available in the 2013 spring collection in a tangerine.
Through the rest of the collection we can find wide leg pants with very vivid coloring, pencil shapes skirts in colors ranging from bright and dusky orange, royal blue, yellow to dusky salmon, and midnight blue.
You can easily emphasize your personality with the new Roksanda Ilincic Spring 2013 Collection.
