We’re about to begin a new year, and hopefully not another year of broken and failed resolutions. After considering ways to improve the year, we thought we’d share some resolution ideas that are more about improving daily life, and less about fashion.
1. Drink more water.
2. Read more books.
3. Get more sleep, and go to bed earlier
4. No more screen time in bed.
5. Wake up earlier.
6. Make your bed every morning.
7. Travel more!
These are definitely more realistic goals and resolutions, that even if they’re not done every single day, will gradually improve your days. Is there anything you would add to this list? What are you resolutions for 2016?
