The topic “why did fetty wap go to jail” is trending primarily due to the recent news surrounding the rapper’s early release from prison. Reports indicate that Fetty Wap was released early from federal prison after serving three years on drug trafficking charges. This significant development has sparked a surge in public interest, leading to over 20,000 searches on the topic.

News sources such as KSAT and CNN highlighted that Fetty Wap’s release was unexpected and has drawn attention to the circumstances of his incarceration and the nature of his charges. The fact that he was involved in a high-profile case related to drug trafficking adds to the intrigue and demand for information about his situation.

The increase in search interest can also be attributed to the nature of his celebrity status and the recent timing of his release, which brings his legal issues back into the public eye. As fans and observers seek to understand the implications of his early return, the topic has gained notable traction in search queries.

The only real answer lol. “Why did five out of the six guys my friend flirted with not ask for her number” who the fuck knows nobody was there.

Isthisnameavailablee • 1 points
But if a tree falls in the woods and no one is around to hear it who will ask OP’s friend for their number?!
0
0thersideofnothing • 1 points
She should ask the tree for its number. Dont you know? It goes both ways.

Plot twist: they just didn’t fucking like her. 😂

Kind of wished this was the kind of story where the person forgets to mention that her friend publicly did something horrible.

“So are men in general just not asking for numbers? And if so, why? Also, it might be relevant that my friend is an 8 story tall crustacean from the paleozoic era.”

No one carries cash anymore, so no one is able to give her tree fiddy.

“Approachably attractive” is the kind of description where I’m just not quite sure whether it’s supposed to be flattering.

As a guy I just stopped asking people for their number. Instead if I’m interested in somebody I just strike up a pleasant convo, say something like “can I leave you my number and we can chat later?” and then leave. If they’re interested they’ll message me. If not they won’t. No skin off my back. To be honest, I don’t really have a higher success rate. IDK how to explain it, maybe somebody else who does this too can, but for me it just feels nicer. I’ve heard some ladies like this.
E
eatmelikeamaindish • 1 points
is that not how you’re supposed to do it? i feel like that’s the best way to show you’re interested without putting pressure on her to give you her number. unfortunately the most i get is “what’s your snap?” 💔 from grown men

The socially expected norm of men making the first move makes giving a woman your number and waiting a response difficult. It may not make 100% logical sense but it’s damn hard for people to reprogram themselves from deeply entrenched social norms. Even apps like Bumble whose whole selling point was that women have to make the first move, 90% of women just said “Hey”
M
MediumMillennium • 1 points
They even removed that gimmick recently. Now it’s just like every other app
V
VelvettedFox • 1 points
Funny enough they removed it because MRA activist lawyer Alfred Rava and some other dudes sued them over it, saying it discriminated against men. The original founder of Bumble has since made public statements that the app is garbage for women now and they shouldn’t use it.
E

idk i find it hotter is a guy is like “well here i’ll give you my number and we can continue our convo if you’re so inclined” vs “what’s your snap/number?”. if you’re just tryna fuck, the latter is fine. it’s so nonchalant. the former is more traditionally “gentleman-like” because it’s not overbearing masculine (vs giving a command) but it’s still you making the first move. but bumble is odd bc i’ve logged onto it next to my guy friend and he literally only swipes right on women who even *I* can see they they will just text “hey”. idk if it’s bc im also a woman. if you’re only swiping on extremely pretty “social media baddies” or overly sexual women, it’s so obvious you’re not going to get anywhere. like i seriously need to see a persons dating app habits before i agree with them.
S
someNameThisIs • 1 points
Remembering back when I was single on the apps I don’t think the women sending something like a “hey” fit any particular type. I don’t think someones hotness influences their ability to be creative with opening messages.

Perhaps but the way I grew up basically every guy I knew thought the “right” way was to ask a woman for her number instead. Which didn’t really make sense to me when I finally sat down and thought about it. And yeah I got rid of snapchat mostly since its notification settings are hot garbage (seriously, I set it to just give me message notifications and that’s *it* but it didn’t do that!) and people always give me such weird looks about that. Everytime I get the “what’s your snap” from a girl and I say “I don’t have snapchat, here’s my number” they give me stink eye. Like dude we’re not 14 anymore.
E
eatmelikeamaindish • 1 points
yeah i associate adults having snapchat with sexting or nudes. i just assume the person wants to hookup because disappearing messages. deleted the app years ago
D
daphnedelirious • 1 points
I assume anyone over roughly 25 with an active snapchat either doesn’t pay their phone bill or is a pedophile personally

Back when I dated (married now) me or the woman added the other one Facebook and talked that way. It was a pretty easy way to talk to women. I dont know what people do nowadays to talk to each other

That’s what I’ve done and it’s always gotten a positive response, and I’ve found multiple partners and friends from it.

>In MY EXPERIENCE ONLY, modern women are (in general) absolute fucking lunatics who live in a world that does not adhere to common sense, logic or any known science!! >If your friend is going on dates with multiple men and they all do the same thing, then statistically SHE is possibly the problem. Amazing self-awareness. >The average single women who is 35, works in Target earning $40k a year, is single, 4 kids, 4 different dads, divorced … twice I also enjoyed the “The average single women who … is single”.

checking this guys account is a trip because he’s spent the past like week using chat GPT to go on long ass diatribes about his plight with women
C

Using GPT to make fucking **Reddit posts** is next-level lunacy lmao At least make blogposts with it. All this does is prove they don’t even have the brainpower to use their own words to express “their” “thoughts”.

Average single woman factoid actually just statistical error. Average single woman actually has 0 children by 0 dads. Childrens Georga, who lives in Canada and has 10,000 American boyfriends, shouldn’t have been counted

>In my experience only, modern women are absolute fucking lunatics Something tells me this guy hasn’t talked to a whole lot of “modern women” in person and maybe just constructed his worldview a bit haphazardly. Just a hunch

> Something tells me this guy hasn’t talked to a whole lot of “modern women” in person Or dude’s just a creep: “Around 6 months ago, a girl and her friend (both about 30 yrs younger and in no way attractive to me) doing some bench press over the last few weeks, and both (loudly) trying for a personal best. They are always in the gym at the same time as me and have been for the last year or so. I noticed them both loudly and excitedly high-fiving and hugging after they both managed to achieve their goal. I caught one of their eye’s and did the slow head nod thing and tipped my head towards them as if to say ‘I am impressed’. A few mins later when I was finished I walked past (and whilst still walking away from them) said “good effort ladies. That is a heavy weight, your hard work is definitely paying off” One of them shouted (obnoxiously loudly) to my back, “Fuck off grandad, I have a boyfriend” I was giving them both encouragement and acknowledging their achievement and trying to build their confidence… but somehow I committed an egregious crime of (in their head) hitting on them when they are almost conceivably young enough to be my grand-daughter \*sigh*”

Talking to romantic interests is naturally daunting as a test of your character so it’s easy to just not do it then later on despise what you can’t have. (More likely to happen to men for obvious reasons but femcels are no less bitter). Then it’s a vicious circle of becoming more resentful and distancing themselves because “they wouldn’t want someone like me”. It would be sad if they realized how much of that story is something they made in their own heads.

I was at a bar with a platonic girlfriend 20 years ago. She was eyeing a guy hoping he’d ask her out all night. I told her to walk up to him and tell him she’d been hoping he’d approach her, but now she’s leaving and wanted his number. I said he’d be blown away because that NEVER HAPPENS and he would be in love with her. So she did it and his eyes went wide open and typed his number in. In her excitement, she turned around and closed her flip phone and immediately knew his number was gone forever. But she was too embarrassed to turn around and ask him again. I’m sure he still talks about that time a girl ASKED HIM for his number. Edit: just texted her and she said >Stop it!! Why do I still have anxiety about thaaaat!!!

That would be me. I’d be absolutely smitten. I’m cool doing it but a woman coming up to **ME** and asking for **MY** number??? I’d be walking on sunshine for at least 6 months.

Only if she was attractive.
D
darcmosch • 1 points
Nah I had an attractive woman come over and snuggle on me and ask if I wanted to be her boyfriend. I politely declined. There’s definitely a right way to do it.

Just not true. While we might not be physically attracted to them, compliments in any fashion are *very* nice.

I gave a dude my number and just walked away. He texted me and told me I made his day and that no one had ever done that before. We chat and set up a date, things are going well. The day of the date he messages me to cancel and never talked to me again. People are so confusing man. I’ve read so many comments like yours I figured it would be a slam dunk, like you said lol. Idk what his deal was but it still confused the hell out of me.
